Responsibilities:
- 10-12 years of HR management experience in the textile industry
- Expertise in HR strategy, compliance, and employee engagement
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Deputy Manager Audit (Chemical & Dying Purchase)
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge includes audits, compliance checks, inventory verification, contract reviews, supplier audits & reporting.
- Must have knowledge of chemical compositions & dyeing techniques, along with supplier performance evaluation.
- Must have 4-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or within the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in auditing software, SAP ERP systems, and procurement tools.
Security Head
Responsibilities:
5+ years of experience in a senior security management role, with a demonstrable track record of developing & implementing security strategies and frameworks & preference for textile industry background.
DM/Manager Fabric Procurement
Responsibilities:
- Must have Experience in Buying Sooter Mandi, Power, Auto, and Sulzer Products.
- Must have at least 15 years of relevant Textile Experience
Cost Accountant (Grey Weaving)
Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of weaving fabric costing and related financial practices
- Design cost accounting systems for weaving while working with production teams to collect data on material.
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting within the textile or weaving industry.
- Skilled in accounting software and Excel, with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
DGM Finance (Spinning & Weaving)
Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Banking and Financing management.
- Strong background in the Spinning & Weaving industry.
- Proficiency in technical calculations, yarn production costs, fabric pricing, and inventory valuation.
Deputy Chief Engineer
Responsibilities:
- To plan, organize, monitor and control the all activities of Engineering (Utilities, Power House, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical & Maintenance Department.
- Performs quality control checks, ensuring the safety and effectiveness or reliability of the system or product.
- To perform engineering work quality control checks, ensure the safety & effectiveness & reliability of the system of all engineer team.
- Responsible for steam boilers, steam supply, oil heaters & oil supply to all processing machines.
- To plan working on new projects preparation preventive maintenance of the machines & maintain fire hydrant water loop.
