- Represent the company at career fairs, college events, and similar platforms.
- Develop and execute employer-branding activities to attract top talent in the textile industry.
- Promote employee engagement and encourage advocacy for the brand.
- Define HR and recruiting KPIs for measuring success and driving improvement.
